They do give refunds, but is now more difficult with their rule changes and often times they just say they are a social media platform and should contact the creator.
It works best on a new account, that’s in my previous post as a suggestion. They will offer a refund faster, if they see they gave a refund before they’ll say something about the 1 time exception or some other bs.
When content got deleted I always got a refund though, but you have to go after that as they don’t give it until you ask about it.
