I could imagine it BUT I think that they are not. Here are my points:

They could be because:
1. This video is showing that but Andreeva is not a Mavrin model.
2. Mavrin's mysterious businesses like how he can afford Dubai?
3. It is not hard to imagine: Nata Lee was a cam model and Livejasmin girl, Viki was not very beautiful and she was in a commerical I think (maybe Mavrin saw the potential in her), Galina is a mystery in itself she and Mavrin not working anymore I believe (she could be an independent escort :'D), Helga was helped by Mavrin to be succesful.

But I think they cannot be because:
