I think so. He uses multiple accounts to create the illusion that the links work and gaslights the rest. At the end of the day clicks on the links equal money.
He doesn't even create own posts. Most of them are straight copied from other users.

I think some folks only get to see the link after commenting. Some accounts are connected.
