If you open up your browser's Inspector/Dev Tools, you can search for "original" while you have the video open and in full screen, or use can use the inspector arrow to highlight the video, which will also take you to the section of the page code that has the direct video link that you can open in another tab and directly download.

Fanhouse has a system that detects if you've got the Inspector/Dev tools open, trying to find a way to block it from seeing that,

This trick also works for images: you'll either find the size of the picture that's the largest resolution shown in the URL, or the one that has no resolution specified (some sites say "original" others use "master"...there's a lot of variety out there.

The thing is they sometimes don't actually grab the highest resolution, depends on the code and other factors. As an example, if you're ripping from IG, multi-picture posts internal gallery has the images in separate "pages" so some multi-scanners only grab the preview image of an image more than 1 step away. Just a thing to know.
