Here is the same picture brightened up a bit.
Yeah the photo is from her shoot with Elle Kazakhstan from 2021, not sure where ayylmaolmao10 got it from but reverse image search finds it on https://www.passport.agency/aya-shalkar/ (no other pictures in that outfit though :Sadge.
If anyone wants to do some digging it seems like Nata Bocha was the photographer.
