Probably an agency running it on her behalf spamming lots of unrelated subreddits and when the user gets reported and banned for spamming they just create a new account. It seems that the point isn't to build a large following and active profile on reddit but rather to just drive traffic to her onlyfans.
Reddit is going to have to fix this shit at some point, its starting to run rampant.
