This video file has some corruption that breaks playback at some points. I downloaded 3 times and found the same problem every time. You can check if the original has problems with ffmpeg -hide_banner -v error -i 0haerb00ncplmavmwcoiy_720p.mp4 -f null - which will show a bunch of errors if there are problems.
