Yep, that's what it is. Usually I can right-click and download the file. But, this time, no matter what I did, it wouldn't work. Eventually, I just recorded my screen and that's how I was able to share it.

there is a way around it to still download the file:

- you will need to use any browser where you can look at page source (i.e google chrome),

- when you get the msg box saying 'store* (* being server number) is overloaded', goto inspect element/view page source,


- copy server (i.e store11) and search for it in page source,

- go through the matches until you find the download link which ends with the file type (i.e .mp4)


- copy the link within the quotation marks

- paste url into browser

- profit
