Pretty sure it is against the terms of the website at least. So if anyone has subscribed to her and bought her shit- go to OF Support and under refunds quote what she claims she offers and say that it is false advertising. Also attach screenshots. So long as it is under 2 to 3 month window they will reverse the charges. And if she gets enough of those...they ban her.

I hope you get that outcome but OF support seems to hide behind their own ToS a lot. Basically what I and many others have been told in these instances before is, tips are voluntary, so they will not offer a refund. Well if it is your first refund ever they offer an exception.
PPV content like a bundle can have any description even if it says something completely different! They will claim how the purchase is between you and the creator and you have to fix it with them and how OF is a social media platform. If they see a bundle has showed maybe 10% of what is described they will deem it good enough and an issue between you and the seller.

OF support for instance suggested how I maybe should try to buy something else and how the creator might offer me a discount. :LUL This was after I send proof this person was also using an agency and completely lying in their advertisements.

OF does something when it is absolutely necessary or when it affects them directly. If it would be illegal for them and could affect them with fines and so on.
This is why you see a lot of content with others deleted on these platforms.
They’re now required to provide an ID and consent of anyone in the content.
Resulting in a lot of BG videos on OF being deleted, an ex didn’t get paid or withdraws consent or whatever reason.
OF very conveniently doesn’t actively contact the buyer for a refund in those cases. They will let the buyer contact support themselves. So there’s probably plenty of buyers who could get $ back.

The only thing that could work if you plan to buy something expensive from Qimmah but already received a refund before is make another account on OF.
Make sure you deleted any payment information on your other account though.
So for example with Qimmah’s scam team, create a bunch of messages going back and forth to create proof what you’re going to buy and what you expect to get. Make them say/confirm it and take screenshots.
When you then purchase that VIP and the 100$ custom for example you have some sort of proof and if they then don’t deliver you can contact support and with the proof got a high chance of getting that refund.
But this is at your own risk! Not saying it will work for you.

It absolutely should be! The biggest problem of all these scams etc are these management and agency companies. These girls start working with them cause they don’t have to do anything anymore, but lose 20-25% of their total. But because these companies are focused on driving sales, VIP being one of the easiest sales, the girl nets a higher number in the end.
The only solution I see at this point, is when OF-style platforms are forced to disclose when agencies/managements are being used.

But that will drive the sales on the platform a lot and affects probably over 80% of creators on the platforms at this point.
That will affect OF’s billion $ + yearly revenue too much.
Other solution would be legislation and an actual form of buyerprotection, but that will probably only happen after a big lawsuit.

These agencies can continue without any rules, especially unruly and many more, you can find lawsuits from 2021. From former employees admitting to working as professional scammers on these platforms and creators being forced to make content they didn’t want to that the agency sold.
And several complaints about agencies doing more than just managing pages and posing as their client (the creator) and fans thinking they’re talking to the creator.

There is nothing you can do to get a refund anymore. OF just doesnt take part anymore in the transactions between buyers and creators

I have directly contacted OF Support as recently as a week ago on deceptive content and I DID get a refund. So looks like mileage may vary on this one.

They do give refunds, but is now more difficult with their rule changes and often times they just say they are a social media platform and should contact the creator.
It works best on a new account, that’s in my previous post as a suggestion. They will offer a refund faster, if they see they gave a refund before they’ll say something about the 1 time exception or some other bs.
When content got deleted I always got a refund though, but you have to go after that as they don’t give it until you ask about it.
