You can install browser extensions that allow you to download directly from OF in full quality.
The ones I use are "Image Downloader - ImageEye" which allows you to scan and download all images on the current site, and "Enable Right Click on Google Chrome" which allows you to press right mouse button on photos and go "Save image as" even on sites that have protection (Like OF)
