That’s how it is , just to make sure we’re on the same page take the guy named “Crackhead” as an example.. he sent a video.. at first it was all black but when you press play and wait a few seconds or minutes you’ll be able to play it, it happens to me all the time. That’s why I prefer them to send a link instead of posting videos automatically anyways it’s 5 and 3 seconds not worth it
