There's a chance she switched DRM protection on. There's a forum here dedicated to being able to download stuff with DRM protection. It's not as straightforward as previous methods though.

I'm no expert but have messed with that before a little, possibly you have to redo your cookie stuff and update it into the json file for the authorization for it to be able to log in to your OF to be able to scrape the content.
