P.S. It can be further improved by cropping the parts with the markers (on all four corners) and putting the video through an AI video enhancer

You can optimise the size it a bit more using fixed bitrate
Porn scene are usually bright with not too many dynamic scene i usually do fixed bitrate over crf/2pass
