The news reports don't give a name, but apparently the victim is a 20 year old female and the courts have CCTV evidence of the victim being heavily intoxicated (4 charges related to sexual assault is also quite serious). But there's a woman on Tiktok whom claims she knows Ella is the one behind it, that she is lying, and attempted this before with another celebrity. I wouldn't trust the rumors on any social media, but regardless Ella's name was dragged into this so she privated all her accounts.
