I use an app called video downloader, you log into the website from that app. Not sure if its scraping your password so make sure its not even close to a password you use for anything else. It'll see the video file in the site files and allow a download. Haven't tested on vimeo but does work for onlyfans.

If you right click the video while it’s playing in your browser and select β€œInspect” from the options it will open the β€œDeveloper tools” from which where you can see the link to the video source file. You can right click this link and β€œopen in new tab” which usually allows you to download it.

It's likely somebody reported it or they caught wind of her offering explicit material via Patreon

She should have gone to OF but she complained that they had raised their rates
