No you don't need access to her patreon, not sure if it works on different creators pages though. Here is a video of how to do it. Also on firefox if you right click the video > this frame > open frame in new tab you can save that page as html, open it in a browser and then copy the url bar and put that into jdownloader and it will grab the video. For example, here is the video from the example
